On Friday, Feb. 5, Animal Adoption League volunteers, Bonnie Lindberg and Jackie Kyles, rescued this poor helpless dog that was left to die. She was abandoned by her owners.

The York County Spay and Neuter Program has been a great success. Over 200 calls have been received since the inception of the hotline in Mid-January 2009.

Meet Hope
Hope was found chained and close to death outside a house in Rock Hill . We actually thought this dog was dead and decomposing. She is extremely emaciated (15 lbs underweight), she is anemic, she has demodectic mange (the owner’s poured motor oil all over her), she has worms and she could barely walk . Read More ...
